I stopped by today because I wanted to try your food, and I was looking forward to ordering. Unfortunately, I was very uncomfortable with what I observed before I even had a chance to eat. The person serving the food was wearing gloves, but while I was looking at the menu, I noticed her repeatedly touching her face, nose, and hair while continuing to wear the same gloves. She even asked me if it was my first time visiting, and during that interaction, I noticed the same gloves were still being used after touching her face and hair. I asked if she was going to change her gloves, because honestly, it really grossed me out. At that point, I decided to leave without ordering. I’m sure the food may be very good, and I was genuinely interested in trying it, but cleanliness and proper food-handling practices are extremely important to customers, especially here in the United States. If gloves are being used, staff should understand that gloves need to be changed whenever they become contaminated or after touching their face, hair, or other potentially unclean surfaces. Wearing gloves does not automatically make food handling sanitary if the same gloves are being used for multiple activ

I ordered the grilled steak .The food is fine. A little too salty for me. My steak tasted like shrimp. I know that can be the flavor but as a person that is not a big fan of seafood I really didn’t expect it. Excellent service but the free water at the counter was empty.

I had a quite a enjoyable experience at lime green. My son had a question with regard to the rewards system, and they conducted a replacement or a new system, and he received a text message with regard to his points, and so when he asked the owner to elaborate on it. The owner was more than willing to take his time to explain it to him, and to communicate and con base with me, that the customers is the PatRon here at Line, Green, and are quite important to him, and that he didn’t want his patience to be penalized because he changed systems and so he made sure to communicate to the new system that he doesn’t want his customers penalized for that change. It was just a wholesome experience overall.

finally a build your own bowl spot with asian flavors! it definitely suits my tastebuds more than chipotle or cava. i love that they offer half and half bases and proteins, and the portions are really good for the price. the five spice chicken was tender and moist, and the coconut rice was fluffy and super fragrant. all the vegetables tasted fresh, and i really appreciate the unlimited topping options. the coconut garlic sauce was also sooo good and tied everything together perfectly! we also tried the banh mi, which was generously filled and toasted until perfectly crispy. on top of that, the staff were super friendly. overall, such a solid spot for a meal :)

Fusion vietnamese casual restaurant that newly opened. The food concept is very interesting, there is a sauce bar that have many sauces to choose from. The portion is great, you can choose your own diy bowl. I personally like the salad, and sandwich. The place is clean, welcoming, and fun. The staffs are kind and nice. Highly recommended
